Welcome to Infinity Liquidations. These Terms of Service govern your use of InfinityLiquidations.com and purchases made from Infinity Liquidations online, in person, through local pickup, or through local delivery.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise from Infinity Liquidations, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Infinity Liquidations

Infinity Liquidations is a liquidation and resale retailer located in Battle Ground, Washington.

We sell merchandise that may include overstock, liquidation inventory, customer returns, open-box merchandise, discontinued products, and other resale inventory.

Products may be offered in conditions including New, Like New, Open Box, and Used – Good Condition.

Because much of our inventory is limited quantity, products may not be restocked after they are sold.

2. Product Information and Condition

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, condition information, specifications, pricing, and information regarding included accessories.

Liquidation and open-box merchandise may have:

Damaged or worn packaging
Retail or shipping labels
Tape or markings
Cosmetic imperfections
Missing packaging materials
Missing accessories when disclosed
Signs of previous handling or use when disclosed

Packaging condition alone does not constitute a product defect unless specifically stated otherwise.

Photographs may include manufacturer images or images representative of the product. Actual packaging and cosmetic condition may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the entire product listing before purchasing.

3. Product Testing

When appropriate and reasonably practical, Infinity Liquidations may inspect or test merchandise before offering it for sale.

Testing performed by Infinity Liquidations is intended to identify obvious functional problems but is not a manufacturer certification, professional inspection, or guarantee that a product will remain free from future defects.

4. Prices and Availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Because our inventory often consists of one-of-a-kind or limited-quantity merchandise, an item shown online may occasionally become unavailable before the website inventory is updated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, product-description, or other errors.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer regarding available options, including cancellation and refund when appropriate.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Infinity Liquidations reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
Pricing or inventory errors
Payment authorization problems
Product availability
Shipping or delivery limitations
Suspected resale abuse, automated purchasing, or other misuse
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payment and Fraud Prevention

Payment is due at the time specified during checkout.

Online transactions may be subject to fraud-prevention measures including address verification, security-code verification, cardholder authentication, 3D Secure, Shopify fraud analysis, and other security measures.

We may contact a customer to verify an order before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order when we reasonably believe additional verification is necessary.

Customers may not use payment methods that they are not authorized to use.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the transaction and delivery or pickup location as required by applicable law.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, fees, or obligations that may apply to their purchase.

8. Shipping

Shipping availability varies by product.

Some products are eligible for shipment, while oversized or otherwise restricted products may be designated for Local Pickup and/or Local Delivery Only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Infinity Liquidations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Additional shipping terms are contained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Local Pickup

Products offered for local pickup must be collected from the designated Infinity Liquidations pickup location.

Customers may be required to provide order confirmation, identification, or other information reasonably necessary to verify the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, trailer, equipment, and personnel are sufficient to safely transport the merchandise being picked up.

Infinity Liquidations is not responsible for damage resulting from improper loading, securing, transportation, or handling after merchandise has been released to the customer.

10. Local Delivery

Local delivery is available only for qualifying products, addresses, and delivery areas shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for ensuring reasonable access to the delivery location.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, local delivery does not include assembly, installation, modification, removal of existing items, or specialized placement services.

Additional delivery restrictions may apply to oversized merchandise.

11. All Sales Final

Because Infinity Liquidations sells liquidation, open-box, returned, and limited-quantity merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Our complete Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be reviewed before purchasing.

12. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact Infinity Liquidations as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.

Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, picked up, or delivered, the All Sales Final policy applies except where otherwise required by law.

13. Manufacturer Warranties

Unless expressly stated in the product listing, Infinity Liquidations does not represent or guarantee that a manufacturer's warranty is included, valid, transferable, or available for liquidation, open-box, customer-returned, or previously purchased merchandise.

Manufacturer warranty eligibility is determined by the manufacturer.

14. Product Use and Installation

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and compatible with their intended use.

Products requiring installation, electrical work, plumbing, gas connections, structural attachment, vehicle installation, or other specialized work should be installed by a qualified professional when appropriate.

Infinity Liquidations is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use of merchandise for an unintended purpose.

15. Website Use

You may use InfinityLiquidations.com only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
Use automated systems to improperly access or purchase inventory
Submit fraudulent orders
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
Copy or exploit website content in violation of applicable intellectual-property laws
Use the website for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity

We may restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, systems, or inventory.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website and checkout may use services provided by Shopify and other third parties, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers.

Infinity Liquidations is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

17. Intellectual Property

The Infinity Liquidations name, logos, branding, website design, original photographs, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Infinity Liquidations and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission except as permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

Infinity Liquidations is an independent reseller unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, merchandise is sold according to the condition and disclosures contained in the individual product listing.

Except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, Infinity Liquidations disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that a consumer is legally entitled to receive.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Liquidations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, installation, transportation, or use of merchandise.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Infinity Liquidations harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our website, violation of these Terms, misuse or unauthorized modification of merchandise, or infringement of another party's rights.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection laws.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
